Teams of 2 - complete as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of: 

8 Handstand Push-ups 

8 Box Jumps, 30/24 in 

1 Rope Climb, 15 ft

Athlete Instructions: Partners alternate movements for the duration of the 25 mins.

Notes: We really want athletes to hit this with a partner today and work to keep sets as quick as possible to minimize total rest time. Round 1- athlete 1 will do the handstand push-ups, then athlete 2 will hit the high box Jumps, then athlete 1 will hit the rope climb before tagging athlete 2 to start round 2 by hitting the handstand push-ups, and so on...for the duration of the workout. This should keep things moving quickly and rounds should be consistent at around 1 min-1:30 per round.
