Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
7 Strict Deficit Handstand Push-ups, 3/1.5 in
8 Burpee Pull-ups
10 Strict Knees-to-elbows
10 Dumbbell Push-up + Renegade Rows, 50/35 lbs

 The goal with this workout today is to tap into some handstand push-ups, but at a volume that isn’t killer. We have added a little deficit to that as a challenge. This of course can be modified to any other variation of handstand push-up. We then move to the burpee pull-up with a focus on just steady movement before tackling the strict knees-to-elbow. The focus on coupling these together is to over emphasize lat engagement before going to the floor and combine that with the push-up renegade row. Focus is on movement quality, strength, and low heart rate.

RX+:
Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
7 Strict Deficit Handstand Push-ups, 4.5/3 in
6 Burpee Bar Muscle-ups
20 GHD Sit-ups
10 Dumbbell Push-up + Renegade Rows, 50/35 lbs

L2:
Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
7 Box Pike Handstand Push-ups
8 Burpee Jumping Pull-ups
10 Strict Knee Raises
10 Dumbbell Push-up + Renegade Rows, 35/25 lbs  

L1:
Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
7 Tall Kneeling Dumbbell Strict Press, pick load
8 Burpee Jumping Pull-ups
10 Strict Knee Raises
10 Dumbbell Push-up + Renegade Rows, pick load
