Notes: This workout is a classic CrossFit triplet that is based off the Open workout 17.5. If you have scores from back then, look those up and see how close you can get to that time on this one. Goal is unbroken thrusters and double unders, and light, fast, and low burpees over the bar. Don’t pace to much on this one as this should feel more like a sprint. Hit it hard from the get go and see if you can hang on.
