There will be a coach at the gym M-F 5am-7:30pm. You are able to drop in at any of those times, although it may take a moment for a coach to get to you if they are currently coaching a class.

We would love to meet with you personally at a dedicated time, to set this up contact Coach Brit @
Monthly dues are due on the first of each month. We recommend you set up auto billing on your account.
